Me Juslia Opimbat

Is the founder and the president of the law firm J.O. Avocats inc.. Having acquired a law degree, Me Juslia Opimbat is a member of Barreau du Québec. Since the beginning of her career as a lawyer, Me Juslia Opimbat has worked on files pertaining to various legal fields. She has, namely, intervened in cases of contract resiliation, debt recovery, contractual liability, neighbourhood disturbance, defamation, reputation harm, entry of forged notarized documents, and execution of titles.

Me Juslia Opimbat has also participated in non-contentious matters such as change of name applications for her clients and the modification of an irrevocable beneficiary status in a life insurance policy. 

In addition to her experience in civil law, Me Juslia Opimbat has dealt with business law files and various immigration procedures.
